We strive to provide high-quality custom products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within from the date of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or resolution.

We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. The refund will be credited back to your bank account through the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval.
